The Luster Group (TLG) is a multi-discipline, commercial construction and consulting firm. We believe successful projects solve our clients’ problems while staying in budget and on schedule. So, we carefully design plans that ensure every project is completed with these goals in mind.
Our company laid its foundation in 2001 with TLG’s headquarters in Baton Rouge, La., and has since grown to include a second location on Choctaw Drive and an office in Clarksdale, Miss.
The Luster Group comprises four divisions: Program Management, Commercial Construction, Design and Build, and Site Work and Concrete.
We have over 12 years of experience in the field of planning and design with an emphasis on renovations, additions, new building design, site adaptations, cost estimating and specifications.
Whether working with public or private clients, our program management process emphasizes leadership, consensus-building and expert management of a diverse team of owners, end users, designers, contractors and facility managers to achieve the goals and objectives of the program.
We also provide programming and master planning services to assist school districts, cities and municipalities in identifying project needs, developing long-term physical planning and implementing budgets. Once a long-range facility's plan is completed, we can assist owners in procuring funding, and TLG has the in-house experience and staff needed to manage the implementation of all engineering (A/E) development services within the plan.

TEAM
The Luster Group’s four divisions are staffed by a team of professionals who know the importance of client-designer relations and do everything possible to meet the highest project standards. All members of our team represent expertise, commitment and long-term experience.
In addition to his program management responsibilities, Floyd assists TLG’s effort to promote Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (W/DBE) in the design and construction community.
He is also the recipient of several prestigious awards. Most recently, he received the Clarksdale Historical Preservation Society's Award of Excellence and his third consecutive Designer of the Year Award.
Gregory Daniels
Construction Foreman
Gregory manages on-site renovations and new construction. He brings over 10 years of construction experience to the TLG team.
Cliff Bailey
Project Manager
Cliff manages all construction site project management duties and is involved with day-to-day scheduling. He is a native of Edgard, La., and has over 20 years of experience dealing with various aspects of the construction industry.
Robertson Ball
Operations Manager
Robertson manages all construction operations and is involved with day-to-day operations. He is a Chicago native and retired military veteran with over 30 years of military training. He also has more than 20 years of experience working in construction.
Floyd Luster, Jr.
Partner in Charge
Floyd is the founder of The Luster Group, and he brings over 15 years of design and construction experience to the table.
With a passion for local, architectural history, Floyd combines his knowledge with current design techniques to provide a unique approach to modern planning that fits any neighborhood.
As a native of the Mississippi Delta with a family tradition in construction, Floyd is familiar with the best construction methods and practices for the area. He also has experience managing commercial construction projects of more than $200 million.
